What you'll love and what you won't

The staff were cute and helpful while the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool! A great combination for a comfy stay.

Unfortunately, the noise from other guests disrupted our sleep quite significantly. Not ideal when you're hoping for a restful night.

Central location, great place for discovering Barrie. Based not far from Barrie, downtown, the centre. Neat room with central heating, an iron and an electronic key card for a comfortable stay. Fresh food.

The location was great, and despite being near a busy highway, noise was minimal. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and I appreciated the efficient, friendly staff. Breakfast included a variety of items, such as fruit juice and pastries. I noticed the lack of a coffee machine in the room and the parking area was a bit cramped during peak hours. A solid stay with a few minor areas for improvement.

Breakfast was very good. Rooms where clean and comfortable. Price was reasonable

Hotel was under construction which I fully understand so couldn't complain about what wasn't good. Front desk promised an adjustment to my bill which I am still waiting on after second try.

Your receptionist the older one with black hair.Was quite rude about the cost of the room. I was told a different price and she said she couldn't give it to me. I was about to leave and she decided she could honour it. Not professional !!!. Not sure we would book with you again. Also your muffins were stale.

i like the breakfast they served since everything was available like fruits, coffee, yoghurt, bread, pancakes, etc. I also like having a mini fridge and microwave in the room, very convenient.

The location is great, just minutes away from downtown Barrie and the beautiful Kempenfelt Bay. The complimentary breakfast was a hit with the family, especially the protein options, and the staff were super friendly.

My kids wished the pool was bigger.
